Why is the store closing and is there anywhere I can find your products?

The decision to close the Charlie Banana online store was made to streamline our operations. You may be able to still find our products at your favorite Retailer. We want to thank all our loyal customers for their support and understanding during this transition.

When was the last day to place an order?

The last day to place an order on our website was June 10th, 2025.

What will happen to my current orders?

Rest assured that all current orders will be fulfilled and shipped to our customers.

How can I return or exchange items after the store closes?

Please contact our Customer Support team at +1-855-822-6262 to arrange a return. Please have your order confirmation/receipt ready. All eligible reimbursements will be issued via a prepaid debit card. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available at this time.

I had Charlie Banana points but do not see a way to use them.

The last day to redeem points & rewards was May 15, 2025. All Banana Club members were notified by email that our rewards program was coming to an end.

Can I still take advantage of the Money Back Guarantee on my Charlie Banana products?

Yes, we will still honor the 14-day money back guarantee. You will receive a prepaid debit card for your eligible item(s).
